It is with heavy hearts that MAPA announces the passing of our friend and colleague J. D. Bashline.

Mr. Bashline was quite the presence around the office-anyone who interacted with him will never forget him. He loved his legal work and loved to tell stories of his military days flying helicopters in Vietnam.

He will be dearly missed by MAPA.
